Classes run as structured 6-week courses, with a maximum of 8 people per class, ensuring a supportive atmosphere and plenty of individual coaching.
Each session follows a circuit-based format, combining cardio, strength, plyometric, weights, boxing, and functional training stations. Each station offers optional weights and equipment available so exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness and strength levels.
